Port Commission meetings are generally held at 9 a.m. on the first and third Thursdays of the month at the Port’s Colfax office, located at 302 N. Mill Street. All Commission meetings are open to the public.

Please check the calendar, as meeting dates and/or times are subject to change by Commission decision. 

• Special Meetings called by the Port that are not regularly scheduled will be announced according to RCW 42.30.080.  
• Economic Development Informational Meetings (EDIM) are updates on the Port’s implementation of the Associate Development Organization's economic development plan. Agendas and additional information for these Special Meetings are posted on the EDIM page.  
• Special Meetings hosted by associated organizations will be published in this Notice of Special Meetings.

Agendas for regularly scheduled meetings are generally posted online by 5 p.m. two business days before the next meeting, but no later than 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Agendas can be obtained by calling 509-330-6649 or emailing port@portwhitman.com.
