Agreement reached with PRM, LLC for $795,000
Whitman County- This week, the Port of Whitman County finalized a real estate agreement to purchase lots 8 and 9 at the Pullman Industrial Park for $795,000. The agreement was made with PRM, LLC who previously bought the parcels from the Port.
PRM, LLC purchased Lot 8 in 2019 and Lot 9 in 2022 with plans for future development. The development plans were not executed. Earlier this year, PRM, LLC approached the Port with an offer to sell the parcels for the same price it had paid. The Port agreed and completed the purchase of the 6.51 acres.
“The Port is thrilled to have lots 8 and 9 back in its industrial real estate inventory,” Commission President Kristine Meyer said. “We thank PRM, LLC for its community-minded offer to sell back the lots for the same price. This agreement strengthens what we can offer to the community in terms of industrial real estate opportunities.”
Lots 8 and 9 at the Pullman Industrial Park are located at the eastern end of the campus behind Merry Cellars Winery and Addium, Inc. Both parcels are zoned heavy industrial. Companies interested in locating at the site are encouraged to contact the Port of Whitman County for more information.
