Port Welcomes New Finance Director

The Port of Whitman County welcomes Mark Clinton as its new Finance Director.

Clinton comes to the Port with more than 18 years of finance experience. He previously served as the Whitman County Treasurer for four years and the City of Colfax Treasurer for 14 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eastern Washington University.

He makes his home in Colfax with his wife, Cheryl. They have three children, Michael, Kendall and Kailee.

Outside of work, Clinton enjoys volunteering in the community as the scoutmaster for Troop 595 in Colfax and Director of District #2 on the Colfax School District Board.
