Our 2021 Snake River Family Festival officially kicked off on May 1. We’re giving away free ice cream and festival goody bags at Boyer Park & Marina all May long to the first 500 registrants.

With the festival finally here, here are some ideas for making the most out of your festival experience.

Bring the whole family. Our festival goody bags were designed with children (and adults!) of varying age groups in mind. The bags contain bubble wands for toddlers and preschool age children, a salmon life cycle board game for children 6+, a crossword puzzle for school age kids and frisbees, sunglasses and commemorative posters for older children and adults. And of course, everyone loves free ice cream.
Make the festival your own. After you satisfy your sweet tooth and complete the games and activities in your goody bag, you may just find that Boyer Park & Marina is too beautiful to leave. The expansive 56-acre park offers boat moorage, a 3.5-mile paved pedestrian trail, sandy swimming beach, picnic benches and pirate-themed playground. So, make this year’s festival your own! Spend your day doing what you love, whether that’s towing kids on an inner tube, fishing for sturgeon or biking the Snake River Trail.
