Located on the north end of Pullman, Pullman Industrial Park is home to several technology and manufacturing firms. It is located adjacent to Washington State University and within an easy drive of the University of Idaho.

The Park comprises 100.5 acres of fully developed sites, zoned heavy industrial. They include City water and sewer, roads and electrical, gas and telephone services. A wetland mini-park and trail are also located on the site.
